Ok, now I know you probably won't read this but with the new update, you are able to add your own images and memes for the goose to drag out from the side of your screen. I added images to the file and when the goose goes to get those images, it says "could not find the dang image meme" and then proceeds to freeze. I really like this goose and all but I'm getting sick of seeing the same 8 images while not being able to see the custom ones. I really hope you see this and help! Thanks!
I've read down in comments that you can run this using a terminal app called Wine. You have to download the Windows version of desktop goose. Watch a few videos on Wine for your distribution of linux. It should show you how to run the file. I can't say for sure how well it works though.
No, because it is an ".exe" file there is no way for the chromebook to run it. If you really want to try to run it, turn on linux beta mode in settings and install a program in the terminal called "WINE". I can't say for sure if the program will work on chromebook using this method, wouldn't try it either, but feel free to try it.
is it possible for the goose not to give memes and notepad messages? haha it was fun at first but i cant get work done. i dont wanna get rid of him tho :(

On windows, hold down ESC. On Mac, you should be able to click on the goose icon again and it should have an option that says "Quit Desktop Goose"

Its easy, once you have the file open it and double click GooseDesktop.exe then the goose will appear.

Hold “esc” until the top left bar is full and then go to files and delete them.
