Oh my life, this is so adorable! I love my lil' Goose. I made it so they can't steal my mouse so hopefully no stress. But this is so, so cute. I'm smiling ear to ear! This has really made my day haha <3 Love the kind notes Goose writes too. I'm looking forward to figuring out how to customise them (if I can)! :D
On my Macbook, the Goose grabbed my mouse and ran in circles partly offscreen, and I spent 15 minutes trying to fix it with just my keyboard, and nothing on here worked. When I held "power" to shut down the computer and didn't reopen any apps, the goose went away.
I have downloaded the mac version, and i keep getting a bug where he'll grab my mouse in the bottom right-ish corner and he will run in circles and not let go, resulting in having to restart my computer :/
EDIT: Actually that happens for just the edges of the screen sometimes :/

You always need a window. The trick is to make the window look like it’s nothing but the sprite. There are three parts to it:
Creating a window the same size as your sprite.
Asking the OS (Windows, macOS, Linux, etc.) to give you a window with no titlebar or borders. (Like things like WinAMP did.)
Setting the shape mask.
(The shape mask is like GIF transparency. It lets you specify that part of the window’s square should be excluded when drawing it or processing mouse input.)
It’s possible you might also be able to draw into another application’s window, but that sort of thing was generally Windows 3.1 or early X11 stuff and I don’t know if it still works on modern OSes.
I can’t say any more without knowing what language you’re asking about.

no, the goose get images from the goose assets
see it in: goose folder > assets > images

you can make him hold the pages of the PC
wait can you turn him off
You Can, It's right above the Application in files OR you can just hold ESC for 10 seconds and it'll evict the goose from your desktop.

how to turn off sound for goose:
1. open the original folder
2. open the notepad named "config"
3. see where it says "SilentSounds" and change false to true
(Make the True is capitalized)
4. close the notepad and press save
5. click Close Goose
6. Open it backup and there will be no sound
7. Enjoy!
